This website is owned and operated by Antanais Corp (Suisse) S.A ('Antanais' or 'us' or 'we'), Swiss federal registration number CH-660-1936003-7 (Switzerland) and VAT number CHE110243987. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Access to this website and the use of information on it is subject to these Terms & Conditions of Use. You should carefully read these Terms & Conditions. By proceeding further, you will be deemed to have accepted them. You may only purchase from the website if you are aged 18 years or over, and are a resident of Switzerland.

Pricing & Payment

The prices displayed on our website are quoted in Swiss Francs and are valid and effective only in Switzerland.  Prices include VAT at the rate 7.7% and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. The total order price, including delivery charges, must be paid at the time of order, using your credit card or PayPal. 

How to Order

Order online

You can place order through our website www.town-house.ch .  It is easy and simple as you just need to place the products of your choice in the shopping cart and then pay using your credit card or PayPal.

To offer safe and secure credit card transactions, we use PayPal, the leading payment gateway. If you do not have a PayPal account, PayPal also accepts Visa and MasterCard.

When you are ready to checkout and pay for your order, you can choose to be directed to a secure server on PayPal, which uses advanced SSL technology to encrypt your information.


Order offline via Bank Deposit (e-banking)

Please place the products of your choice in the shopping cart and then select the "bank deposit" option during check-out. Our bank account information will be displayed.


Some out of stock items are available for pre-order and are noted as such on the product detail page, along with their estimated in-stock date. You may order the item now, and you will be given priority to receive the first shipment of the product when it is in stock again.

If you place a pre-order, we will send you an e-mail with the expected delivery date as soon as we have that information from our suppliers. The availability displayed on our product pages may change after you have completed the checkout process, as it is during this time that our system obtains updated inventory levels for the product(s) you have selected. Availability displayed on our website is only an estimate, and is subject to change.

To pre-order an item, you will need to follow the check-out process as normal and pay for the item. As soon as the item is available we will send it out. If your order contains a mix of pre-orders and in stock items, your entire order will be held until all items are available.Your order confirmation email will contain both in stock and pre-order items.

Please note that pre-orders cannot be paid for by gift card for either part or full payment.


Your order may be delivered by freight or parcel service. The delivery fee is calculated according to the shipping address, the weight, size and nature of your goods and will be specified when you place your order.

Accessories and small items (up to 10kg): we ship to Switzerland. We do not ship to a P.O. Box.

Furniture and large items: we only ship to Geneva. If you would like to ship to another location, please email us the items you wish to order and your shipping address for a quote.

Most products ship out of our Geneva location; however some items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer or the wholesaler. We make great effort to ensure that all orders are shipped in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. However, we will not guarantee the delivery date of any order.

Items purchased together will not necessarily be shipped together.

Small items:  Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse by La Poste to arrive in your home within 2 - 5 business days of order receipt. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. In case you are not at home when the delivery is made, your parcel will be placed in your parcel box if possible. Otherwise, you will receive a collection slip with the necessary information to collect your parcel from the post office. Allow 4 - 12 weeks for delivery of out-of-stock items or special orders.

Large items:  Larger items will ship by freight. For in-stock items, delivery times range from 1 – 4 weeks from the time your order leaves our warehouse. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Allow 4 - 12 weeks for delivery of out-of-stock items or special orders.

Truck freight orders require that someone is available to accept the delivery. The carrier will contact you to set up a delivery time, usually a 2-4 hour appointment window during normal business hours.

Certain large furniture items will ship using our White Glove delivery service. With White Glove service, a professionally trained and experienced 2-person delivery team will unload item(s) off the truck, carry it and place it inside the room of your choice. It is the customer’s responsibility to be sure that the items purchased will fit through all doorways, halls, stairwells, elevators or any other passageways.

You will be required to accept and sign for the shipment. Please carefully inspect the item(s). If your order appears damaged in any way, describe the damages immediately on the delivery receipt. All damages should be reported to our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note that the delivery charges for large items do not include unpacking and assembly services. They may be added to any order for an additional delivery charge. To do so, please contact customer service.


All our products are covered by warranty for a period of 2 years from date of the original buyer’s receipt of product.

If a failure to conform to specifications or a defect in materials or workmanship is discovered within the 2-year warranty period, we will replace the product, refund the purchase price or offer a discount determined by us on a case by case basis. You must promptly notify us in writing. How to return a defective item:

  • Small items: return the item to our store along with the original packing materials, accessories and packing slip.
  • Large items: include a copy of the packing slip along with your product. We will arrange for the item to be picked up from your address and returned back to our warehouse at no cost for you.

We only accept returns from the original buyer. Damage resulting from improper handling after merchandise is received or from exposure to weather or extreme atmospheric conditions is not covered by our warranty. Warranty is subject to normal use under normal conditions.

The replacement or refund of defective goods constitutes our entire obligation. In no event shall we be liable for consequential or special damages that may arise in connection with such products or warranty claim.


Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for an exchange or a full refund.

  • You can return your purchase for up to 14 business days following receipt of the goods.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them, unused and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise or monogrammed/personalized items.
  • We accept merchandise returns only with the original receipt.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our customer service staff, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • By mail returns: shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees may apply.
